MicroEd had a basic design in Figma but needed a polished website that could clearly communicate their message at first glance. In addition to the website, they wanted a cohesive brand design. I had the opportunity to create and maintain their brand theme across various design elements.

The main challenge was crafting a hero section with an image that not only captured attention but also aligned with the headline. This was crucial, as it would be the first thing users saw when landing on the site.

To tackle this, I began with competitor research, analyzing websites of similar companies in the field. I also used AI tools like ChatGPT for inspiration. This led to two concepts: one featured an abstract image with floating icons like graduation caps and certificates to symbolize global education and skill development. The other focused on a group of learners using digital devices, representing the integration of technology in education.
After creating paper wireframes, I discussed them with the team and client. Once we had a direction, I moved on to the visual design phase, where we went through several iterations to fine-tune the layout, imagery, and overall feel of the site before finalizing the design. Throughout the process, I ensured that the brand theme was consistently applied to provide a seamless user experience.
