CRM - UI for Creating & Managing Enquiries

We embarked on developing a comprehensive CRM module for the travel management. Our initial focus was on creating and managing customer enquiries.

🎯 Objective

To design and implement the "Creating & Managing Enquiries" section of the CRM, enabling travel agents to efficiently log customer enquiries and assign them to the appropriate departments or teams.

🛠️ Design Process

I began by defining the product requirements to clearly understand the needs of the users (travel agents) and the organization. With this clarity, I moved to the ideation phase, where I generated several ideas and created wireframes based on those concepts.

I tested the wireframes in an iterative process, refining them until the design provided a satisfying and effective user experience. After achieving this, I proceeded to create the high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) design.

Requirement Gathering:
I began by creating a document outlining the basic requirements to provide an overview of the project's scope.

Ideating:
I made about 2 to 3 design layout so that I can create wireframe based on them & conduct A/B testing.

Wireframing & Testing:
I started with low-fidelity wireframes and conducted A/B testing to determine the most user-friendly approach. After several iterations, I identified the optimal design.

High-Fidelity Design & Prototyping:
I then moved on to develop the high-fidelity design and prototype based on findings from the wireframing and testing phases.
