Edumate is an online learning platform concept that aims to provide an engaging and interactive learning experience to students pursuing courses in Technology and Computer Science. The goal of this UX case study was to conduct user research, empathize with the target audience, and design user interfaces that meet their needs and preferences. To gain insights into users' preferences and expectations from an online learning platform, a user research survey was conducted using Google Forms. The survey included five participants, all students, with four of them also working while studying. The following key questions were asked during the survey:
